INTRODUCTION

1.1 Welcome to ServeBeez (the "App"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our information service platform ("Platform") through our mobile applications, website, and other related applications (collectively, the "Applications"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms:

1.1 App Description
Our app offers the convenience of booking services from providers either instantly or by scheduling in advance. While we facilitate these connections, we do not take responsibility for the actions or quality of the service providers. We do not endorse or recommend any particular provider and cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information they provide.

1.2 User Conduct
You agree to use the app solely for lawful purposes and in a manner that respects the rights of others and does not hinder their use of the app. Specifically, you must not:

• Impersonate anyone or falsely represent any affiliation with individuals or entities.
• Harass, threaten, or violate the rights of others.
• Engage in any activity that could be deemed a criminal offense or lead to civil liability.
• Interfere with or disrupt the app, its servers, or introduce viruses or harmful code.

Please ensure you thoroughly review these Terms before accessing or using the Platform. These Terms, whether explicitly stated or referenced, outline your rights and obligations and form a legal agreement between you and ServeBeez.

By using or accessing the Platform, and each and every time you use the Services, you hereby expressly affirm that:

• you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and ServeBeez's Privacy Policy.
• you will comply with these Terms;
• you confirm that you are of legal age in your place of residence and are otherwise legally capable of entering into contracts.

By using Shopee services or opening an account, you fully accept and consent to the terms of this agreement, including any referenced or linked policies.

If you disagree with these terms, do not use our services or access the site. If you are under 18 or not of legal age in your country, get permission from a parent or guardian, who must also agree to these terms. If you're unsure about the legal age or terms, seek help from a parent or guardian before creating an account. Parents or guardians of minors must accept these terms and will be responsible for the minor's account and use of the services.

2.1. At ServeBeez, your privacy is very important to us. To protect your rights, we have provided a link to our Privacy Policy detailing our practices. Please review it to understand how ServeBeez collects and uses your account and service information ("User Information").

USE OF THE SOFTWARE

3.1 By using the software provided by ServeBeez ("Software"), you agree to the following:

• You may install a copy of the Software on your mobile device for personal use.
• You will not upload or distribute any computer viruses, worms, trojans, or malicious codes.
• You are not authorized to rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, or transfer copies of the Software or the license to any third party.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

You are granted a limited, revocable license to use the Services under these Terms of Service. All intellectual property on the Site, including text, graphics, images, logos, and software, belongs to ServeBeez. You have no rights to use or reproduce this intellectual property. By using the Services, you agree to comply with all applicable intellectual property laws and not to copy, distribute, or create derivative works of any part of the Services or Content. You not use any content from the app without our express written consent.

DISCLAIMERS

ServeBeez makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees about the reliability, timeliness, quality, suitability, or availability of the Services, or any services requested through them. Additionally, we do not promise that the Services will be uninterrupted or free from errors.

ServeBeez does not guarantee the quality, suitability, safety, or performance of providers. You acknowledge that any risk associated with using the Services or any service or product obtained through them is entirely yours, to the fullest extent allowed by law.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for the safety and security of your own valuable belongings and that you assume all risks associated with using the services of the service providers.

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from or related to the use or inability to use the app or its content, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree that our liability to you will be limited to the amount of fees you have paid to us for using the app.

VIOLATION OF OUR TERMS OF SERVICE

7.1 Violations of these Terms of Service may result in a range of actions, including, without limitation, any or all of the following:

• Listing deletion
• Limits placed on Account privileges
• Account suspension and subsequent termination

BOOKING AND PAYMENT METHODS

8.1 While using the Services you understand and agree that:

• for the service, the charges (the "Provider") are due once the booking is accepted and will be deducted from your ServeBeez Wallet balance.
• any priority fee, however, once you select to pay those fees, they will be added into the Charges and you are obliged to pay them;
• the Charges paid are non-refundable, unless otherwise determined by ServeBeez on a case-by-case basis;
• receipt is issued to the User when the payment for top-up or Charges is successful. Negative balance in ServeBeez Wallet may lead to the unavailability of the Services.
• If the agreement fee is to be paid in cash as agreed between the provider and the customer and permitted by ServeBeez, both the provider and the customer are responsible for the cash payment. ServeBeez will have no duties or liabilities regarding this cash transaction.

8.2 ServeBeez support one or more of the following payment methods:

Cash on Hand (COD)

Customer may pay cash directly to the service provider upon their done of the service their booked.

Credit Card

Card payments are processed through third-party payment channels, and the types of credit cards accepted by these channels may vary depending on the list provided in our app.

Electronic Payment Gateways

You can pay the charges via third-party electronic payment gateways, subject to confirmation from the payment processor. ServeBeez is not liable for any errors or unauthorized use of your payment gateways during or after the service.

Other online payment channels

Customer may pay through the various online payment channels available on the Site.

8.3 You may top up your ServeBeez Wallet through the following means:

Electronic Payment Gateways

You can top-up and purchase credit through the Serebeez Wallet, managed by a payment processor. Credit processing is subject to the payment processor's confirmation. ServeBeez is not responsible for errors by the payment processor or unauthorized use of your E-Wallet payment instruments.

Credit Card

ServeBeez allows payments via credit cards through Payment Gateways or Processors provided by affiliates or third parties. You agree to share your card details with them for processing payments and authorize them to complete transactions. Your authorization remains valid while your account is active. If you delete your card details or account, further transactions will not be processed. ServeBeez is not responsible for any payment issues with credit/debit cards.

CANCELLATION, AND REFUND

For cancellation, the customer cannot cancel their booking once payment has been made or if the provider has already accepted the booking.

ServeBeez does not monitor the cancellation, return, and refund process for offline payment.

CHANGE TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting. By continuing to use the app after changes are made, you agree to the updated Terms. We will seek your consent for significant changes if required by law. Check the 'last updated' date at the top for the latest update.

By using the app, You agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should nor use the App.
