ServeBeez connects customers with a network of independent service providers located in various regions for short-term service assignments. The term "Users" refers to anyone who registers for an account with us to use the Services, including both customers and providers (individually and collectively, "Users," "you," or "your"). It outlines how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our application, both now and in the future.

2.1 Data collected. We may from time to time collect your personal data in order to provide you with Service and also to improve your experience. Such personal data may include:

• When you sign up for and/or use our Services or Platform, or create an account with us, we collect general identification and contact information, such as your (name, address, phone number, identification number, gender, date of birth, email address, username, and password);
• When you carry out transactions through our Services; Financial information and account details (for wallet address, bank account number, credit card number, assets, liabilities, salary etc).
• When you interact with us whether through phone calls (which may be recorded), letters, in-person meetings, social media platforms, or emails, including communications with our customer service agents we may collect information related to these interactions.

3.1 The personal data that ServeBeez may collect from both Customer and Provider includes but is not limited to:

• Name, date of Birth, address, email address, telephone or phone number, bank account and payment information, service address, gender;
• Information sent by or associated with the device(s) used to access our Services or Platform;
• Government issued identification or other information required for our due diligence, know your customer, identity verification, or fraud prevention purposes;
• Data from or related to the device(s) used to access our Services or Platform;
• Photographs or audio or video recordings;
• Usage and transaction data, including information about your searches, orders, the ads and content you engage with on the Platform, and other related services.
• Data related to marketing and communication, such as your preferences for receiving marketing messages, your communication preferences, and records of interactions with us, our service providers, and other parties.
• By signing up or linking your ServeBeez account through your social media account, or using ServeBeez social media features, we may access information you've shared with your social media provider. We will manage and use this data in line with our Policy.

HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

• To deliver our services to you and assess the performance of the services provided by or through us.
• To contact you for managing your relationship with us or your use of our Services, we may use voice calls, text messages, emails, postal mail, or faxes. You agree that this communication may involve disclosing personal data for delivery purposes.
• To prevent, detect, and investigate fraud or other potentially prohibited or illegal activities, as well as any violations of our policies or terms and conditions.
