6. Child Protection and Vulnerable Persons

8. ServeBeez Strike System
To uphold quality, accountability, and fairness across the platform, ServeBeez implements a point-based strike system for all Providers. This system ensures that customers receive reliable service while Providers are encouraged to maintain high professional standards.
8.1 Strike Levels
All Providers are subject to Strike Levels, which determine their account status based on the total number of accumulated points:
Safe Zone (< 30 Points)
- Providers are in good standing.
- May continue accepting and completing bookings without restrictions.
- ServeBeez may issue reminders or best-practice guidelines to encourage continued compliance.
Warning Zone (30 – 89 Points)
- The Provider’s account will be temporarily suspended.
Suspension remains in effect until:
- An investigation is completed; or
- The Provider successfully completes mandatory retraining or corrective measures.
- During suspension, the Provider cannot accept or perform bookings.
- Multiple suspensions within a twelve (12) month period may accelerate escalation to the Critical Zone.
Critical Zone (90 – 100 Points)
- The Provider’s account will be permanently banned from ServeBeez.
- All active and upcoming bookings will be canceled, and customers refunded per ServeBeez policies.
- Providers may file an appeal within fifteen (15) days of termination, but ServeBeez reserves sole discretion in rendering the final decision.
⚖️ ServeBeez reserves the right to escalate a Provider directly to the Warning or Critical Zone if a violation is deemed severe, fraudulent, or harmful to customers or the platform.
8.2 How Points Are Assigned
Violations are categorized based on their impact on customers and platform integrity. Points may vary depending on severity and recurrence.
| Violation | Points Added |
| Cancelling a confirmed booking | 10 Points |
| No-show for a booked service | 20 Points |
| Receiving a verified customer complaint | 15 Points |
| Other platform policy violations | 5-20 Points |
⚖️ ServeBeez reserves the right to adjust strike points depending on the severity, frequency, and nature of the violation.
8.3 Strike Points After Suspension
Strike points are cumulative and remain on the Provider’s record even after suspension or retraining.
Points will only expire after twelve (12) months from the date they were issued, provided no new violations occur during that period.
Any additional violations during or after suspension will be added to the existing total, which may escalate the account to a higher Strike Level.
ServeBeez may, at its discretion, reduce or reset points if the Provider demonstrates consistent compliance and improved performance following retraining or corrective measures.
8.4 Points Expiry & Reset Policy
- Expiry Period: Strike points automatically expire after twelve (12) months from the date they were issued.
- Clean Slate Reset: Providers who maintain good standing (no violations) for twelve (12) consecutive months will have their total strike points reset to zero (0).
- Partial Expiry: If only some points reach the twelve (12) month threshold, only those points will expire, while remaining points continue to apply.
- Recurrent Violations: Providers who habitually accumulate strikes, even after prior points have expired, may face stricter reviews, longer suspensions, or immediate bans at ServeBeez’s discretion.
- Exceptional Performance: ServeBeez may reduce or remove certain points earlier than the expiry period in recognition of consistent excellence, professionalism, and positive customer feedback.
9. Reporting and Dispute Resolution
- Use the in-app reporting tool or contact support@servebeez.com for suspicious activity, misconduct, or violations.
- Report attempts to transact outside the app immediately.
- ServeBeez investigates all reports fairly and takes appropriate actions, which may include warnings, suspensions, or legal escalation.
