Welcome to ServeBeez! These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) explain how you can use our app, website, and related services (together, the “Platform”). Please read them carefully. By signing up, booking a service, or otherwise using ServeBeez, you’re agreeing to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, you shouldn’t use ServeBeez.
1. Who We Are
ServeBeez is a platform that connects people looking for services (“Users”) with skilled professionals and providers (“Providers”). We make it easy to book, manage, and pay for services in one place.
We don’t employ the Providers directly—they are independent contractors responsible for their own work. Our role is to make the connection, not to control how the services are delivered.
2. Who Can Use ServeBeez
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
If you’re younger than 18, your parent or guardian must agree to these Terms and supervise your use of ServeBeez.
You’re responsible for keeping your account details (like your password) safe and making sure all the information you provide is accurate and up to date.
3. What You Agree To
When you use ServeBeez, you agree that you will:
Use the Platform only for lawful purposes.
Be respectful to Providers and other Users.
Not provide false information, impersonate someone else, or misuse the Platform.
Not attempt to damage, disrupt, or hack the app in any way.
If you’re a Provider, you also promise that:
You have the proper skills, licenses, or permits (if required) to perform the services you offer.
You’ll deliver services safely, responsibly, and in compliance with the law.
4. Features & Use of the Services
4.1 What ServeBeez Offers
ServeBeez lets you:
Browse, search, and compare services offered in your area using filters like service type, price, availability, provider ratings, and special features.
Book services either immediately or schedule them for a later date/time.
View provider profiles, reviews, photos, and service details before booking.
Use the ServeBeez Wallet or other supported payment methods to pay securely through the platform.
Manage your bookings — see upcoming or past services, cancel or reschedule (where rules allow).
For Providers: list services, set pricing, availability, define service terms, interact with customer inquiries, deliver services, and receive payments (after verification) through the Platform.
Access support or dispute resolution via ServeBeez (for issues relating to your use of the Platform, bookings, payments, or provider performance).
4.2 Your Use of the Services
When you use the ServeBeez Platform, you agree to:
Use all features responsibly and in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws/regulations.
Ensure the information you provide (in search, profile, reviews, etc.) is accurate, complete, and up to date.
Respect other Users and Providers; do not misuse or abuse the communication tools or feedback/rating system.
Use payments and bookings only via ServeBeez unless you and your Provider explicitly agree otherwise.
Not interfere with the Platform’s operations (no hacking, reverse engineering, introducing malware, etc.).
4.3 Independent Relationships & Risks
The relationship between ServeBeez, Providers, and Users is independent. ServeBeez is not the employer, agent, or partner of Providers.
You understand there are risks when engaging services (e.g., quality, safety, performance). You assume those risks and should use good judgment when selecting Providers.
5. Bookings and Payments
Once you confirm a booking, you agree to pay the quoted Charges(which may include service fees, priority fees, and applicable taxes).
Payments can be made through cash, credit/debit card, electronic payment gateways, or the ServeBeez Wallet.
If you use a card or e-wallet, ServeBeez may use third-party payment processors to handle the transaction securely.
Payments are generally non-refundable once a service has been delivered, unless otherwise provided in Section 7.2 (Refund and Cancellation Policy) or by ServeBeez on a case-by-case basis.
If you and the Provider agree to pay in cash, that transaction is strictly between you and the Provider. ServeBeez has no involvement or liability in such arrangements.
6. ServeBeez Wallet
You can top up your ServeBeez Wallet using available payment options.
Wallet credits are non-transferable, don’t earn interest, and usually cannot be converted back into cash.
Charges may be automatically deducted from your Wallet (see Section 5 and Section 7.1).
If your Wallet balance goes negative, you may not be able to use ServeBeez until it’s topped up.
If we detect fraud or misuse, ServeBeez reserves the right to suspend or remove Wallet credits (see also Section 7.5 and Section 13).
7. Cancellations and Refunds
This Payments Policy governs the payment processes, refunds, cancellations, and terms for users of ServeBeez.
7.1 Payment Schedule
Providers will receive payments for completed bookings through the Platform’s gateways. Payouts may be held for 48 hours after service completion and extended up to 7 days if disputes are reported (see Section 7.4 for disputes).
Customers may pay using e-wallets (GCash, Maya) or other accepted methods.
ServeBeez charges Providers a commission which will be shown to the User upon booking, plus applicable processing fees.

16.5 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines
17. Other Legal Stuff
Severability: If part of these Terms is invalid, the rest remains valid.
No Waiver: If we don’t enforce a part of these Terms right away, it doesn’t mean we’ve waived our rights.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, the Payments, Refunds & Cancellation Policy in Section 7, the Trust and Safety Guidelines, the Cookie Policy, and all other ServeBeez legal policies (as amended from time to time), form the entire agreement between you and ServeBeez.
They supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, understandings, or agreements (whether oral or written) regarding your use of the Platform.
